Okay, so I have some stuff to cover... xD And I hope I don't get annoying. The other thread I made will be for thread suggestions. Here I will put my thoughts on the rules.
1) In two different places you stated two different post minimums. The first was four sentences, roughly 50 words. The next was 100 words minimum. In case you write really long sentences, I average my work at 100 words = 8 sentences. Plus a hundred-word minimum is a lot for beginning writers. I notice it tends to shoo away tentative newbies without much writing practice. For the seasoned writer there is no fear but for the common writer it is hard to think up so much. I suggest if you really must have a word limit, 25-50 words for an average-level site. But for the most progress, even though for some of us it makes longer posts tricky, a suggested word limit is best. In other words, You shouldn't write one-liners. Even if we don't ask you to write an essay, we'd prefer at least a paragraph per post. That way on bad days you don't have to feel obliged to meet a difficult criteria.
2) You did mention killing other charries and power-playing in the rules, but you left out God-modding. This is where a cat becomes totally invincible, and never takes damage in a battle etc. You also didn't mention anything against cats with purple spots, pink eyes, and a snake-tongue... xD Also, even though I may not always enjoy it sometimes RP can be fun if allowed to be written present-tense or in first person. I dunno, this one you can ignore but it gives the site some flavor. And you also left out a rule on chatspeak, in uthrwrds lik this gets annying whn u rite.
Sorry to be a bother, it was just what I noticed.
